For reasons of security we do not safe sensitive data, e.g. Credit card data.

Our business activity falls under export control. For that we reserve the right to decline your orders.

All stated discounts and conditions apply exclusive to online orders in the E-Shop.  

Please inform us within 5 days, if the delivery of Leybold is incorrect or faulty. We will process your correction as quickly as possible.

Please notify Leybold of returns not later than 15 days after the receipt of the goods. You will receive a reference number for that. We will reimburse the invoice amount and reserve the right to charge costs for taking back. Delivery costs for the return have to be paid by the customer.

In case of an exchange the customer will receive a new invoice for the replacement deliveries and a credit note after receipt and assessment of the returned goods.
